OPIs gelhybridsystem Infinite Shine har till slut kommit till Sverige, och på pressträffen i juni fick jag med mig några lack hem för att testa. Systemet består av speciella över- och underlack som kombineras med ett färgat lack ur serien och ska ge lång hållbarhet och gel-lik finish utan att kräva UV-härdning och speciell borttagning. Det första jag testade var She Went On and On and On, ett starkt korallrött krämlack. Riktigt härlig färg, faktiskt! Tyvärr hann jag inte riktigt med att ta några bilder med systemkameran, så jag har bara mobilbilder på det. Jag bar tre lager och det var lätt och smidigt att applicera samt torkade ganska fort (lite långsammare än snabbtorkande överlack, men helt ok). Det blev väldigt blankt och fint, men tyvärr satt det bara i två dagar på mig, inte alls en vecka, som utlovat. Lite synd, men det är ju ändå ett väldigt fint lack, och det var lätt att ta bort med vanlig remover, så jag kommer nog att använda de här igen.

In English: OPI’s gelhybrid system Infinite Shine has finally come to Sweden, and at the press event in June, I got a few polishes for testing. The system consists of a special base and top coat that you combine with a coloured polish from the series. It is supposed to give a long-lasting manicure with a gel-like finish without the need for a UV-lamp and time-consuming removal. The first I tried was She Went On and On and On, a bright coral-y red creme. Really bright and cheerful colour! Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to take any pictures with my proper camera, so I only have cell phone pictures of it. I wore three coats and it was easy to apply. Drying time was good (a little slower than a regular quick-dry top coat, but ok). It was very nice and shiny, but unfortunately it chipped already after two days and didn’t last a week as promised. A pity, but it was still easy to apply and remove and had a nice shine, so I will use it again anyways.
