Rock manicure
Jag kunde inte motstå att delta i ett födelsedagssamarbete för Inge (https://www.instagram.com/bingel71/), dels för att hon är en hyvens kvinna och dels för att det var rocktema och jag hade en stämplingsplatta med rocktema som hade legat och tittat på mig i några månader. Här är resultatet!
In English: I could not resist participating in a birthday collab for Inge (https://www.instagram.com/bingel71/), partly because she is a nice person, but also because it was rock themed and I had the perfect stamping plate that had been looking at me for a couple of months. Here’s the result!

Fire mani with Geekish Glitter Out. For. A. Walk. Bitch
Det här är en av mina favoriter bland den senaste tidens manikyrer. Ganska enkel att utföra, men ser ändå rätt avancerad ut. Lacket kommer från Geekish Glitters Buffykollektion och är inspirerat av ett odödligt citat från allas vår favoritvampyr Spike. Lacket är riktigt trevligt. Det är ett svart jellylack med röd-guld-grönt skimmer samt flakies som skiftar i rött/guld/koppar och guld/silver. Det täckte på två lager, vilket är anmärkningsvärt med tanke på att glittren ändå syntes igenom basen. Vanligtvis behöver svarta glitterlack vara ganska skira om glittren ska synas.
Jag stämplade eldsflammorna med plattan Exoticism BPX-L012 från Born Pretty Store och en gradient med What’s Up Nails Go for Gild, Hit the Bottle Copper Haired Girl och Hit the Bottle Poison Apple. De täckte väldigt fint och jag blev nöjd med stämplingen. Jag var lite orolig för att den inte skulle synas över den mörka basen, men det täckte bra!
In English: This is one of my favourites among my more recent manis. It was fairly easy to do, but it still looks quite advanced. The polish is from the Geekish Glitter‘s Buffy the Vampire Slayer collection and is inspired by a classic Spike quote. The polish is really nice. It is a black jelly with red-green-gold shimmer and flakies shifting in red/gold/copper and gold/silver. It was opaque in two coats, which is remarkable considering how opaque it is. Black glitters usually has to be quite sheer for the glitter to shine through the base.
I stamped the flames with the Exoticism BPX-L012 plate from Born Pretty Store and a gradient using What’s Up Nails Go for Gild, Hit the Bottle Copper Haired Girl and Hit the Bottle Poison Apple. All three were very opaque and I was happy with the stamping.
